Honorable PM of India, Sir, I suggest we speak about a need of countrywide revolution for rain water harvesting. Our economy is heavily dependent on monsoon. Mostly it is not equitable and timely, and thus we regularly face drought conditions and clean drinking water shortage across India. Simultaneously we face floods, and tremendous loss of life , agriculture and property , which puts us back in vicious cycle. This must end; its not impossible with our demographic strength.
