My suggestion to you is to video record the interview of each and every candidate and make publicly available. This will make the interview process more transparent as well as help other candidates to prepare better for the next interviews.

Honourable PM Sir, At present employment is the problem which needs to be attended as lots of highly qualified students come every year from various colleges but due to lack of sufficient jobs in the market it affects the career. I request you to take real strong measures to ban Single-Use plastics, Polythenes and find an alternative for this.
