Honorable PM modi ji read lot about river-linking project, i think its time to take help of 200000 army personals & another 100000 work force under MNERGA can be used, total of 300000 personal can be linked with river linkage project. if 11000 KM is being undertaken by these 300000 personals then per man 36 meter comes, which can be made easily in 2 years time under the able leadership of RETD GEN VK singh who will not allow single paisa corruption and will maintain full discipline.

Honourable PM modi ji NATIONAL WATERGRID is need of the hour with water being declared central govt property n current demand level of all states to be recorded and set as benchmark and new future requirements of states to be met through proper distribution. this will encourage states to store more n more rain water. rain water harvesting should be made rule country wide for all construction over the size of 100 sq meters with a severs penalty for non implementation
