However, there are forces including the system flaws which are adamant not to improve. For example lets take Banks. Government is encouraging and propagating to optimize the macro to micro level transaction in cashless mode. Make a "Green Law" which requires every citizen of this country to Plant Trees. We all consume natural resources such as Oxygen, Woods, Water, so it must be made MANDATORY for every citizen to plant trees. Issue DIGITAL CERTIFICATES to citizens planting trees. EVERY HOME MUST HAVE TREES PLANTED OUTSIDE ITS BOUNDARY
