Heartily Prayers for you Modiji, I have an idea of constructing solar panels on the roofs of railway stations mainly in the states of Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh. These states are highly prone to sunlight not only in summer but also in winters and monsoon. I have proper constructed plan for the said Idea. Please let me one chance to explain my idea. It can really save lot and lot of electricity. and through planned channels can be en routed to other states too.

मान.प्रधानमंत्री जी, इसी प्रकार टीडीआर रिफंड का एक उदाहरण‍‍, मैं 6.1.18 को रेल के विलंव के कारण टीडीआर फाईल की थी। इसका रिफंड आज तक मेरे बैंक खाते में प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है।

मान.प्रधानमंत्री जी, रेलवे का एकाधिकार कब समाप्त होगा? रेलवे ने मनमाने नियम बना रखे हैं। कई बार तो स्लीपर का रिजर्वेशन टिकिट 105 ₹ का होता है और केंसिलेशन चार्ज 120 ₹। इसी प्रकार सामान्य श्रेणी के केंसिलेशन चार्ज भी सबसे कम टिकिट से अधिक हैं। इसी प्रकार अन्य विसंगतियां भी  हैं। हबीबगंज रेलवे स्टेशन पर हद तो तब हुई जब कार/स्कूटर पर लोगों को 24 घंटे के ₹ 400/200 से अधिक चुकाने पड़े। आपसे अनुरोध है कि एविएशन/टेलीफोन विभाग की तरह यहाँ भी अन्य कंपनियों को प्रवेश दे जनहित में निर्णय लेने का कष्ट करें।

बैंकों ने सरकार की हर छोटी बड़ी योजनाओं को जी जान से और बेहद मेहनत से सफल बनाया है,बैंक अर्थव्यवस्था की रीढ़ हैं तो इस रीढ़ को संभालने वाले कर्मचारी किसी कैल्शियम तत्व से कम नहीं हैं। रीढ़ मजबूत तभी होगी जब कैल्शियम उन्नत किस्म का बनाया जाएगा।

बैंक में छोटे लोन के लिए सम्बंधित अफसर की जवाबदेही तय होती है तो बड़े लोन के लिए बड़े अधिकारी/प्रबंधन की जवाबदेही क्यों तय नहीं हो रही है। NPA हो रहे बड़े लोन के रिकवरी के लिए छोटे अफसर ही क्यों भागदौड़ कर रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री जी बैंकिंग कार्य के अंदरूनी हालात बेहद खराब हैं,आपसे विनम्रता पूर्वक निवेदन है कि अंदरूनी सर्वे कराइए और आपसे इस तरफ ध्यान देने का आग्रह है।

प्रणाम प्रधानमंत्री जी बैंक कर्मचारी अपनी वेतन वृद्धि के लिए हड़ताल में जा रहे हैं और अपने ही हक के लिए हड़ताल वाले दिन वेतन कटवा रहे हैं,पिछली वेतन वृद्धि 2012 में होनी तय थी किन्तु लागू 2015 में हुई,और काम का दबाव इतना है कि कर्मचारी अवसाद में हैं और काम के अनगिनत प्रकार और अनगिनत घण्टे बहुत ही अव्यवस्थित कर देने वाले हो रहे हैं और कहें तो किससे कहें। आपसे निवेदन है कि थोड़ा ध्यान इस तरफ दीजिए क्योंकि स्वस्थ्य और तनाव मुक्त कार्यशैली से परिणाम निश्चित उत्साहवर्धक होंगे

The diameter of handles on the sides of the doors should be reduced and they should be knurled. Thus it will facilitate a firm grip of the handles by passengers.
