sir,This is a small but a very big issue that i have noticed in U.P. 10-20 years back people did not wrote anything on the vehicles number plates,but now it has become a fashion to write the name of department and the rank and some other things on the number plate of the vehicle . The things written on number plates that i have seen are- 1- SHIKSHA VIBHAAG 2- STATE BANK OF INDIA 3- U.P.I.D.(U.P.IRRIGATION DEPT.) 4- U.P.P.C.L (U.P. POWER CORPORATION) 5- JUDGE. 6- POLICE.
