I have a suggestion regarding land availability for small units, it should be with in the surrounding areas of the city/district places, specifically developed for MSME and at reasonable prices. It will flourish these industries and generate employment. Large concentration of labour force in a single unit mostly creates problems, MSME is answer to it.
