In case of draft in coastal states can be managed by developing large scale desalination systems like the one invented by BARC for about 63 Million litres per day production of pure water units from nuclear plants using MED technology. Classic example is TN which has 2 desalination units in place converting sea water to drinking water in chennai. all over the coastal states we can implement this, some where around 6 to 7 cr litre in each plant can quench the drinking water in urban city like ch.

Droughts in good number of states is an indication that water resources has not been tapped properly. Rural India for agriculture and growing cities for living needs an urgent attention on water supply which are graded based on needs: Fresh water, recycled and treated. A water conservation policy needs to be built into all the building bylaws. Media should spread awareness for desisting on daily car wash, balcony and courtyard of the houses etc. Every drop saved is thus available for the needy.

आज से काफी समय पहले अतीत में,भारत में लोगो से जाति के आधार पर भेदभाव किया जाता था.(वर्तमान में भी होता है परन्तु बहुत कम) समाज कि बड़ी जाति के लोगों द्वारा छोटी जाति के लोगों का शोषण किया जाता था. परन्तु क्या आप उनकी सज़ा वर्तमान भारत के बड़ी जाति के लोगो व उनके बच्चों को देंगे .क्या कभी परदादा-दादा या फिर पिता के गुनाहों कि सज़ा उसके पुत्रों को मिली है? तो फिर ये आरक्षण के नाम पर आज कि पीढ़ी को क्यों ये व्यवस्था सज़ा दे रही है ? आखिर हमारा कसूर क्या है कि हम जर्नल केटेगरी के है.(6)cont..

जिसने टीना डाबी के समानांतर ही UPSC की परीक्षा दी थी तथा उससे ज्यादा अंक भी उसने प्राप्त किये!वर्तमान में अगर कोई OBC केटेगरी का छात्र है , जिसकी पारिवारिक आय १०,०००० से ज्यादा है तो उससे आरक्षण का लाभ नहीं मिलता परन्तु ऐसा SC / ST केटेगरी के साथ नहीं है , उन्हें तो जीवन भर इसका लाभ मिलेगा. जैसे टीना डाबी का ही उदाहरण ले , इनके माता - पिता दोनों अभियंता है व पिता जी BSNL में कार्यरत है . यह एक संपन्न परिवार है, फिर इन्हे आरक्षण क्यों ?
