Sir, I think we can solve religious issues like Polygamy in Muslim community & women entry in Sabarimala temple in a democratic way by using voting machines.So that we can avoid a feeling of imposing the court judgements in the respective communities.On every issue concerned community memebers can vote after proper campaigning of the different opinions.

Sir, the idea to do away with Interviews for Gr.C Posts in Central Government Departments/PSUs is welcome step to curb corruption, but not keeping sufficient candidates in reserve lists is nothing but curtailing the hopes of aspirants.After issue of job offers number of candidates does not join. It will be good if the reserve list is kept at 1:2 ratio for the available posts of that particular year since the reserve list does not guarantee of job offer. Kindly look into the matter.
