Sir, i hv started a small businesses of papad and bori. All my friends and relatives liked my products so i thought to expand my business. Some of my friends ordered my products and I send them through India post speed post services and I realized that the cost of parcels are twice or thrice of my products. So my suggestions is that if the cost of speedpost can be minimise than only small businesses can grow and became big business otherwise their products are only can be sold to their locality and they can never expand their business.
