Ensure solar cooker in every household for healthy cooking,work to provide inexpensive and independent solar panels for each household for water and electricity generation.

Give the subsidy on solar plants at household too... Make a cycle path in every city by which people use cycle more and more..it will save energy and people will also get healthy..proper electricity maintanance should be arrange by which people unable to use electricity illegaly.... Mechanical enery coverter scheme should be used in canals...

Promote extensive use of LED lights.The LED bulbs( such as by Philips abt 10 W rating ) should be subsidized

If I was govt of India I would lay stress on use of solar energy and rain water harvesting in every household. Make solar panel and it's installation cheaper. Also if possible put surplus power of every house back into the grid for benefit of others. Every household can take care of its water requirement if it has rain water harvesting. Excess rain water after crossing the limit that a house hold needs can be used to replenish ground water. so much sunlight and rain water needs to beutilized

IF I WAS A PART OF GOVERNMENT OF INDIA I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A MANDATORY STRINGENT LAWS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WOULD LIKE TO PROTECT THE NATURAL FLORA AND FAUNA FROM TURNING A COMMERCIAL TOURISM SPOT IN SHORT NATURAL THINGS CANT BE PROFITABLE IT IS ENJOYABLE

Respected PM, New and renewable energy has to go more than 20% and more for becoming India as a developed nation by 2020. MNRE has to be given more budget and their staff also should be doubled.

Respected PM, Subsidy for solar energy may be increased to 35% or 40% for encourage middle class families to go for solar system.

To motivate industry government may provide holiday for all taxes to the industry dealing with manufacturing solar equipments & research of solar technology or few years
