Artificial day light if needed should be on either sun pipes or LED. Floodlights must be made LED type. Special assistance can be thought of to create initial momentum and create scales to promote make in India, have local service support & reduce the costs. Replace conventional lights with LEDs and/or Solar Lights on the streets and public places. LED are energy efficient and gives better visibility then the traditional lights. Solar lighting can be used to replace the traditional lights. Solar Powered LED are environmental friendly and can help significant cost savings.

If I will be in the government then I will write a letter to the municipal corporation and ask them to make a local task force to find out that how many houses are stealing the electricity and and send a notice of that crime and fine money on MEGAWATT electricity they have utilized till now and give them a order 2nd attempt will end in jail on misusing govt electricity. It will help in making the supply of electricity efficient to other people who received overbill but nil electricity.

Our country got many talented people who are lost in the race of marks/grades! But they got many talents many youth got some ideas to create new energy but everything comes to money. Govt. should help such people with financial resources which will make India independent of energy scarcity.Such youths like me has to work to make money first for family and then their invention! Govt. should help...

Respected PM, Switch off street lights 2 hours before sun raise, through timer setting with monthly changing based on sun raise. Co2 will be less. Savings can be used in power cuts.

Respected PM, Switch on street lights only 2 hours after sun set. Traffic lighting is sufficient. The saving due to this will reuce power cuts.

Respected PM, Solar energy has to be developed fast, since there is no raw material cost. To the extent of solar power, conventional power will be less and co2 less.

I would support manufacturing of energy efficient motors,solar panels. I will give subsidies to these types of manufacturing units.Today we are lacking in manufacturing due to which we have to import most of the materials which increases cost very much.Due to this quality of product can't be maintained to save money.If energy efficient motors and solar panels manufacturers are given subsidies which are the most necessary part of any factory we can save energy very much.
