First we have to devise a scheme which promotes citizens to give birth to a girl child, for this all sections in BPL can be given a financial incentive of at least 5000 rupees at time of her birth and then that should follow by free education up to class xth and every year financial incentive to her parents so that they do not force her to work and feel motivated to make her study. The parents of the girls who ensure the education up to xth class be honoured and awarded in their villages
