To reduce dropout rate in School, College, ITI/TVET it is essential to increase the Scholarship/Stipend to cover Hostel, Mess, Uniform, Books & Stationery, etc expenses. Even provision of scholarship can also be made through different welfare schemes under Central & State Govts to all the girl students. Same time safety point of view govt can open special educational campuses only for girls.

Before entering in the Highschool every child should be developed in reading, writing, listening, etc primary & VIMP Skills instead of computer skills. E.g. for inculcating reading habits & language proficiency it is suggested to use CHANDAMAMA like pictorial books having moral & historical stories printed in all 14 languages. So by using such books kids can cultivate reading habits & achieve proficiency in minimum 3 languages in the early with interest. Computer skills can be gained later also.

the govt should foxed now in skill full education for students thats the only way by which drop out ration od students can be slow down. as schools already provide food,education material ,scholarships,dress to students but thats all fails to get students in schools because the main issue to all BPL students in villages or city schools are "money and secured job future non availability " by schools or education system in our nation.i submit my ideas in text file hope some benefit my nation have.

in bihar mukhyamantri cycle yojna and poshak yojna increases the prcentage of girls in school,3providing scholarship among girls also increased the presence of girls in remote areas as well as urban areas schools
