विद्युत मंत्रालय के ऊर्जा दक्षता ब्यूरो द्वारा राष्ट्रीय ऊर्जा संरक्षण जागरूकता अभियान हेतु प्रतीक चिन्ह बनाने के लिए एक प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया है। इस राष्ट्रीय अभियान का उद्देश्य भारतीय नागरिकों को उर्जा के संरक्षण के लिए अपनाई जाने वाली सर्वश्रेष्ठ पद्धतियों और आदतों के बारे में जागरूक करना है।

प्रविष्टि भेजने की अंतिम तिथि: 5 दिसम्बर 2014

विजेता प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया जाएगा:

1. प्रथम पुरस्कार- रु. 25,000/-
2. द्वितीय पुरस्कार- रु. 15,000/-
3. तृतीय पुरस्कार – रु. 10,000/-

तीसरे स्थान के लिए तीन प्रविष्टियों का चयन कर प्रत्येक को रु. 10,000/- के नकद पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

Logo transforms the idea of Energy Conservation. Energy is represented in white color. Whereas, Green color states the hands of togetherness and recycle of nature. Background is Blue for color of trust, conservative and peace. These color are as same as current BEE logo.

Energy efficiency saves our money,improves the economy & good for the environment...for instance LPG Gas Saving is the major issue in day to day life, while Sharing a ride with other passenger will save fuel, Using the sunlight for generating power, Switching of the lights/fans when not in use saves energy, by these ways a common man can save energy in his daily life

This logo is Creative and having a beautiful message displaying the parent giving "A Green Earth" to children. The green earth or simply a Perfect place to live, with renewable energy, clean environment and alot. That's all because of the the Conservation of Energy from today onwards. Switching to Green Energy. It promotes the use of green energy and conservation on energy too. "So Save the Precious Gift for Your Future"
