First of all we should create sector specific database of all the persons registered in the employment exchanges so that employers can get the desired persons for the job rather than going through the whole list of candidates. NO NEED OF EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGE previous time there is no this much communication & internet facility. But now in villages there is no internet but we are heading towards that under prime minister's various schemes. there is no need of Employment Exchange but provide an 24*7 Website for employment exchange. Create jobs and then this website will perform as best one.

Employment exchanges should be located at least one in village, town and city. Plus these should be connected to a central online employment exchange, which in turn should be comnnected to skill development centres and colleges. These should also share job-related news and statistics from the government, and career advice from govt-approved job experts. Online self-assessment and automated career guidance can also be a useful tool.
