Electronic engraving should be used for eliminating Passport forgery, have researched on techs used by US, Japan etc. Having a proposal on best practice but can't share in open forum due to sensitivity. Technology is having a patent. Can present to relevant officials, please guide whom to contact?

Here are a few ways we could empower Indian citizen: 1. Easier and integrated online tax filing. Although our e-filing systems have improved in leaps and bounds, we can make it an even more seamless experience by providing free mobile apps and automatic, centralized tax profiles. 2. Mobile apps for reporting public infrastructure issues, hazards and risks. We all complain about broken roads and flooded streets, wouldn't it be better to be able to take a snapshot and post it directly?

... i know a site... lumosity.com which is a private, not government.... this is memory,speed, brain,mind,language like hindi english etc....this enhancing website best for students, old peopole to enhance their skills....we can open a site, to EMPOWER ENHANCE STUDENTS, ELDER people etc...in our country..... sad part is, it started by indian in usa.....
