We hear of these day after day as 'Breaking News', but after they are caught nothing happens. That breaks my heart as no one is made accountable for heinous crimes. Please do something about this.

Vehicular pollution is a huge problem. There is a suggestion that all vehicles older than 15 years should be banned. This could be achieved if the GOI reduces substantionly excise duty or GST for a year for those with old vehicles. In addition, banks could be asked to reduce interest rate for this purpose. GOI can ask the manufacturers to reduce their profit margin.This will induce people to do it without compulsion.
