Respected Prime Minister, in context of Swachchh Bharat Abhiyaan, following steps should be taken: discourage the use of polythene bags. These are thrown after single use. In villages, they are incinerated, making air full of toxic dioxins, at some places they are thrown full of organic matter that never decomposes. This results in landfill sites becoming mountain of garbage. If polythene use is banned, the organic waste will decompose and become manure. Use of 2 dustbins should be promoted.
