The capital city of every district in India should be given funds to create a 1 MW solar power plant in the first year. This will add 640 MW to the grid at the end of one year. They should then be given funds to add 1 MW every 3 months, so every year, we will add 2560 MW for as long as we need. Please make a rule that clearly forbids interest on educational loan and bank will only ask for EMI when student has got the job.
