plastic ban in Delhi should be more strict n stringent. if the enforcing authorities cannot look after it then volunteers from general population should be allowed to help enforce complete ban.problem is more with small vendors like fruits vegetable sellers, small local neighborhood shops, weekly markets.police n municipalities take money from them n turn a blind eye. its time we wake up.
