Our beloved Prime Minister of India, I am a civil service aspirant would like to draw your attention on problem related to cleanliness. Usually people travelling through train,bus or car throw their garbage outside, which goes to nearby fields. In return farmers have to bear this garbage. At my level i try to make people aware to throw this garbage to provided dustbin or to keep with them.Only I cannot make this thing possible without your help. Please consider this issue in your next speech.
