Request to initiate rain water harvesting scheme and tree plantation scheme in a war footing mode in Delhi and NCR (most important for survival of the capital) and to the whole country. Direct government intervention will help the survival of the capital. In this rainy season, water logging areas can be identified easily and in a very low cost it is possible to channelise those rain water harvesting.
