As a process , each bidder first PRINT these 500 pages, then sign on each page then scans these pages and then Upload on eprocurement portals. these already signed pages are Re-signed using DSC. On an avg. we wasted 5 Crores pages each day. We can save these pages and save TREES. And environment. Please consider to do tender completely paperless.
