In Maharashtra for Aundh Pune For Transit oriented development ( Aundh Ravet BRT) effort for BRTS and Metro the Urban development department has not issued guidelines for last 1.5 years for paid FSI to be used and rates for the same, so PMC is suffering as no money can be collected and Govt suffering as revenue lost and citizens suffering as redevelopment work halfway done and stopped for 1.5 years, so policy decisions should be in a defined time frame and the complaint lodged they do not answer

In Maharashtra Pune, audit should not be compulsory for co operative housing societies having members less than 20 or 25 and they should be allowed to file their balance sheet and receipt and payment account and Profit and loss account certified by their Chairman and secretary online only and once in 5 years the department can visit and cross check if they feel something is not right. This will avoid lots of papers consumed in this process ( 4 copies of a set having 25 pages each per society )

मैं छत्तीसगढ़ से हु। 1.यहां वितरित किये जाने वाले 1₹ किलो आनाज का मूल्य में वृद्धि करनी चाहिए जैसे गैस में सब्सिडी मिलती है वैसे करना चाहिए। 2. व यहां शराब को बंद करना चाहिए। 3. व सरकार की योजना को लागू करना ही नही होता उस योजना की जांच भी करनी चाहिए जिस उद्देश्य की लिए यह योजना लागू किया गया था।

Government schools . It’s been a long time it’s been not upgraded or looked after , swach bharat , nutritional food , good brains , educated brains , everything will appear on people’s mind if those students are taught well , n being educated abt all these things . Schools doesn’t ve basic facilities , educators are not well trained, skill are undermined. These students are future .
