Dear Sir, I request you as Citizen of India , please do not call Pensioners to PF office or any office to take life certificate ( Hayati Form ) Few days back I went to PF centre in Ahmedabad with my father , I saw there are so many senior citizens are standing in line in too much hot day in Ahmedabad , all are wants life Certificate , though PF office has good arrangement but that is not enough I saw people above 70 years , they are really with bad condition and come at PF office

This should include things like Deaths due to infections, % or rate of successful operations and precautions taken by the hospital to prevent infections in patients. These to be integral part of NABH when they certify a hospital and also conduct inspections and displayed transparently.
