Respected PM Sir, I'm Vinay Kumar. According to mine, education is most powerful weapon for any countries to become as developed. Yes, there are many schemes are running for this but not perfectly. Because most of teachers neither reach on time in school and nor work hard on teaching in govt schools. Either take a step to improve it or run it as private schools by providing scholarships to higher attended students, for this attendance should be made through biometric device both of T&S.
