respected sir , as it's said discipline is the bridge between goals & accomplishments & our fellow citizens are NOT disciplined - majority . Kindly make 24 months / 48 months mandatory defence training, selection and serving the nation for one person in every family . Else the mental mediocrity gathered since last 60+ years will not change .More ever we are disciplined once financial penalty is imposed or once we visit any foreign country.
