Respected Minister, Roof Top solar panel fixation on top of rail coaches which was recommended by me long back has given good results, request your strong hand to implement to bring down emmission and pollution into control in a big way.
The same shall be used or followed in other areas where diesel consumption is flowing heavy. Busses and cars shall follow solar or CNG for any long distances to bring down pollution. Please raise voice in these areas in the interest of public and safe living.

India having stick to cbdr,But the requirement is that India should recognise too that though it may not be a developed country but she is not even equal to sub saharan africa,India should acknowledge infact a three tire structure, of developed, developing and least developed in talks
Also 30-35% cutof gdp is a floating idea and not a conclusive cut in terms of tonnes etc.
Complete reliance on percapita emission alone no doubt should be leveraged in our favour but she is 4th gross emitter too.

1.All new renewable energy plant should be set up after taking care of all the aspects like maintenance and operation agency.
2.The subsidy should be on the basis of the units produced not on the capital investments.
3.The operational data of the renewable power plants set up should be made public in the form of annual reports.
4.Roof top solar plants have large potential if standard modular designs are evolved.
5. Amruit project should include MSW ( Municipal Solid waste) processing.

R&O water purifier leaves lots of water as a waste product (1:7). Plan to reuse that water in toilets.
In all cities every home and apartment should have trees covering 50% area of that premises.

I have an intense desire to save our country from plastic landfills. SwachhBharat in real meaning can only be achieved by substituting non- biodegradable things with Compostable things like PLA corn Starch, Areca Leaf, Sugar cane Bagasse in one time used utensils and packing and filling of goods.
Plastic contains most worrisome chemicals when it comes in contact of food it makes it unhealthy many cancers, infertility, low IQ is outcome of increased use of plastic.please work onthesesolutions
