Sir
Pl.give us some role. Working in this field for a decade now. East or West the worst is already visible. Chennai, which had hundreds of lakes have only Lake View Roads, without any lakes. Every family spends at least Rs.50 on water. Let us save at least India. We are one in a seven.

We idiot Indians do not know that we are being fooled on the name of Global warming, Climate change, Acidification of Oceans etc. The West has a very strong propaganda for the third world nations like India and China.
All the world knows how they made China to sign an agreement in Peru! Modiji and Javadekarji must know the evil agenda all in good time. The Foreign funded benami media will do all it takes to mould our perception in climate change! And 2015 is the El-Nino year! JAI HIND

Sir
Just one suggestion. We have got around 70000kms of railways. Yes, the sleeprs made of wood, steel or concrete block can sleep. But why should the sides of the tracks? Railways and the poor can earn and the earth can breathe. This is not new to us. Ashoka, the great did a similar thing 2000 yrs ago.

• Increase the Share of Non Fossil Fuel Based Electricity
suggestion...every private and government organisation in whole india should be forced to use only solar energy in all offices. this step can save huge amount of electricity which is generated from coal nonrenewable source.

Enhancing carbon sink(forests)
mining industry is greatest destroyer of environment as well as huge profit earning industry.
so every mining company can be alloted some area according to their profit to develop forest in that area by similar method as used in construction of toilet throughout india. forestry development of these alloted area should be monitered by third independ party.MOEF guided mine closure plan not sufficient and not followed properly.

Shri Prakash Javadekar Sir,
Thank you for taking suggestions from the citizens.
I am here proposing Waste Segregation Units along with Compost Plants run with the help of local Resident Welfare Association (RWA). This will have many benefits like
1) Reduces the waste
2) Creates Compost (highly fertile soil)
3) Brings down emission of Methane in Landfills, Methane is a GreenHouse Gas.
4) Improves recycling units
This project can be run by small society associations in parks and gardens.

Current Govt. policies subsidise collection and dumping of waste through taxes and land allocation. Waste generators must be exposed to actual costs of dumping. This will enable many entrepreneurs to take up converting waste to resources.
We must also have a channel to report instances of environmental laws being broken. Citizens have no means to report. Needless to say the complaints must be attended to and closed professionally.
