The key to economic growth is availability of bank and institutional funding. Banks and institutions are precluded from being pro-active in providing bank finance due to the precarious financial situation of the banks and bank officials being under heavy scrutiny. We need to strike a balance in monitoring and supervision of banks and bank officials should be encouraged to take responsible risks. Insisting on PGTs of promoters should be discouraged as it defeats risk taking.

Dear PM Modi, India has a huge potential to for solar and with huge coast energy building from sea waves and drinking water facilities from sea water. Please encourage open policy and subsidies for house holds with solar energy. Open Investments on sea wave energy and drinking water which are huge plus for us.

Respects to PM Modi, Because of reservation system we have in India every citizen has rights to take their share except for Orphans. Please bring up a bill to include all orphans under minority so that they can get some privileges to fulfill their dreams.

Semiconductors ( the basis for everything from Solar PV panels, to LED lights to Computer chips ) with inventions used in both Smart Phones and Super Computers, I have to tell you that for these strategic technologies ( with applications in not just Consumer space, but Industries, Railways, Defense, Space, ... ) NO foreign Co. will supply the high end of these technologies to India.
