One of the challenges India has been facing for a long is the ‘Brain Drain’ issue. I request you to include my story in Mann Ki Baat as I am sure it will motivate millions of Indians living overseas and inspire them to come back to India to serve their motherland. I was born into a humble family and did my MBBS from KGMC, Lucknow. I moved to England to become a Neurosurgeon there. Later, when I felt that my country was calling me and my services were needed more in my motherland, I left everything and moved to India. After returning in 2017, I have devoted myself to serving poor and underprivileged people. By organising free health camps, we have seen over 6 lakh patients, admitted 67K, and performed over 23K surgeries. Under Hon’ble PM Modi Ji’s Beti Padhao, Beti Bachao Abhiyan, all deliveries for female babies born in our Hospital are free; each is given Rs 11K and free lifelong education. As detailed in the attached doc, I am serving my nation at my best.
