Respected Modi ji There are various digital platforms at Central and State levels for grievance redressal. There are also timelines prescribed for redressal. I have tried these platforms for over a decade on behalf of my father who is now 100+ . The grievance has not been addressed except me receiving a message that the complaint is closed . How can senior citizens hope to get justice?? Human interference/ influence at local level prevents prevents fair play. My father an ardent fan of yours and a believer of " Satyamev Jayate" is still hopeful of justice Kindly suggest a way out.... Manika Negi
