In continuation to my previous suggestion, fifth milestone, It should be planned from now itself. The education system should be made moral - based, practical, rational, indigenous, scientific, sensible & truthful right from the primary education till PhD. By the time fifth milestone arrives there should be scientific & cultural renaissance among the citizens based on Vedic knowledge. Sixth milestone, the society should become optimally balanced & should achieve moral maturity or saturation. This will be the last milestone. Then automatically the golden bird of the world will become alive like a phoenix. Then only monitoring, regular updation, upgradation & maintenance will be the only work left. Remember Modi.ji, “Common citizen is the Main Emperor of a real democracy.” The power should be shared among all the citizens equally.
