Resp. Sir, Every 2-3 months a news comes that a young boy/girl has fallen in borewell under construction. A few lucky ones are saved after great effort but a large number of young children loose life. Such loss of young lives can be saved at a very nominal cost if the agency executing borewell is made responsible for protecting the borewell till installations are completed. A direction or a provision in contract can easily be inserted to safeguard.

In continuation to my previous suggestion, see only network of websites cannot give efficient governance. It has to be backed up with an on-premise GRP software like GRP Trishul. Also, Implementing ERP instead of GRP for governance is a bad idea. Because it will work in business perspective but not in governance perspective. Also, implementing different software for different ministry will be hectic. Hence you need GRP Trishul. This software will integrate all ministries, levels, hierarchies & perspectives into one neural network. I wanted to meet Sri Modi.ji in person & to explain him the effectiveness the value of GRP Trishul software. But it became a big story. My only request is, please avoid as many as middlemen highnesses between an elected representative & the common citizen. Reduce as much as manual intervention in the governance & automate it. PMO appointment should not be reserved for celebrities, dignitaries, politicians & other so called “famous persons”.

In continuation to my previous suggestion, If the lady who at first picked up my call had suggested me the mail ID of IT ministry 16 days of work would have been reduced. Or if I would have been aware that only by meeting IT minister, I would have been able to proceed, then I would have directly mailed to that ID right? That’s why I am telling, this system is outdated. I ask you, in which age are you living? It is not 80’s or 90’s to transact through landline numbers or emails, right? It is 2024 Sir.ji. But still this system is following old outdated technology. These people don’t know the value of GRP Trishul. If it is implemented without any loopholes, it will automate & change the whole system. If I had suggested same kind of software to an European country, they would have reached me very quickly. See Sir.ji, though it might have been a good car in its time, you cannot use premier Padmini car now, right? Likewise, this system is outdated & it has to be dismantled, right?

In continuation to my previous suggestion, Even though the same minister is handling both the ministries, I need to call IT ministry. Wah!!! What a volley ball? But still I did not loose my hope. I browsed in google & got a number. Then I called to 011-24369191. This guy asked me to call another number. So, I called this number 011-23386645. But again this was a railway ministry number. Then again I called back to 011-24369191, then his holy highness gave me an email ID moeit@gov.in. Now, I have mailed to this email ID and still waiting for it’s response & reply. It’s been 16 days since I wanted to share my proposal to Modi.ji. But still no response or reply. I don’t know, still how many days, months or years I have to wait & how many outdated landline numbers, his highnesses, email IDs I have to reach. reach. Now, promise me in front of god & tell me Modi.ji, with this outdated system, will our country be truly able to become developed @ 2047?

In continuation to my previous suggestion, Now, again I browsed in google & got some number of Sri Ashwini Vaishnav Sir in Sansad website. Then I called to this number 011-21414001. But this was the number of his residence. Then I called to this number 011-23381213. A man picked up the phone & heard about my concept & asked me to send a mail to this Email ID: appt.mr@gov.in. So I forwarded my mail chain to this ID also. But still, I did not got any response or reply. After calling repeatedly many times to the same number, yesterday, his holy highness, gave me another number to check the status, 011-47843052. So, when I called this number, another his highness attended the called and asked me “Do you think the minister will attend your call?” Yes he is right. Why the minister will attend my call? They are Gods know!!! Then he said that I have been contacting the railway ministry.

In continuation to my previous suggestion, I browsed in google, ChatGPT, Gemini, & Meta AI regarding ERP & GRP & confirmed that at least the software that I am proposing is not yet implemented. Then I called the office of Sri Tejasvi Surya. A man picked up noted my name & concept name & cut the line. Also I mailed to the MP’s email ID. Still I am getting the appointment with the MP!!! Meanwhile I did more research and updated my blueprint of GRP software. This time I browsed in google & got some more old aged style landline numbers & Email IDs in Sansad website. So this time I mailed my updated Crude blue print of GRP Trishul to appt.pmo@gov.in & appt.pmo@nic.in. Still I did not get any response & reply. So I called to these two numbers 011-23018939 & 011-23013040. After calling many times to the number 011-23013040, now this man was free to hear my appeal & his highness showed the courtesy of saying that this topic was related to IT ministry & I have to first talk to IT minister.

In continuation to my previous suggestion, Then I called to this number 011-23013040. A person picked up & heard what I would say & refer me to this number 011-23018939 & cut the line. This went on for a week but still I did not got any response of the status of my request. After many calls, one fine day the lady answering through this number 011-23018939 gave me this email ID appt.pmo@gov.in, to mail my concept. I also mailed to this Email ID. But still no response or reply. Then I thought let me contact a sitting MP & reach the PM through him. So I contacted the PA of Sri Tejasvi Surya. But I regret to say that his PA was uncooperative & ignored my concept. I even told it has been approved by an IIM Professor. He blindly said these software are already implemented. Wah!!! What an expert!!! And we are fools!!! But still I did not loose my heart.

In continuation to my previous suggestion, Now, What happened was a grievance officer closed my grievance saying that it has been sent to the concerned department. But I did not get to know the status of my request. So, I checked my grievance in pgportal and got this number 011-23386447. Further, I called this number & the officer suggested me that it has been gone to appointment section & gave me this number 011-23018939. I called this number & a lady picked up. Problem was I was not having good hold in Hindi as I am a Kannadiga. But this lady do not know any other language other than Hindi. She doesn’t even know about any technology. Now tell me what I have to do. I called many time to her to suggest the importance of my software concept. But she did not understand & she used to note my name & the name of the concept & cut the call. She didn’t even told her name. After searching in google I got some more old aged style, landline numbers.
