Post Office in ground floor, ceiling height 3.5 to 4m, two wheeler parking for staff and customers (in city 60 slots required), ramp for physically challenged people, seating arrangement for 30 persons), toilets for customers and staff, 5m long writing desk, postman customer interaction counters,(to register IPPB internet accounts and to deliver cash payments to customer), 2 numbers of POSB transaction counter, parcel and courier counter with x-ray machine and weigh scale, cubicles for banking business and courier services heads, storage racks for parcel & courier services(area wise), 100lux illumination, CCTV surveillance, uninterrupted wireless internet service, UPS for power backup, exhaust ventilation 30 cycles volume in an hour and fans, emergency siren and tie-ups with police station, trash bins, informatory signages, notice board, portable fire fighting equipment, national events counter

After closure on maturity of National Savings Certificate, Post Office asked to fill closure form and Pay in slip to deposit the maturity amount in my Post Office Savings Bank account. Closure form is okay acceptable but Pay in slip is MUDA in system(Japanese). My sincere request is to remove all such unnecessary documentation and improve the system.
