May be considered to make a legislation to restrict or to keep upper sealing on rates for these.

The freebies are to be limited to (i) For education (ii) Medical (iii) Old Age people (iv) subsidy on fertilizers. These are few examples. So instead of last drawn salary, a different pay structure can be made and applicability of respective departments can decide say more to Military/Armed Forces, Secretaries, Revenue, Railways and State Government etc.,

In recent past, the rate of cancer patients had been increased substantially and it is still in uptrend. In my opinion, main reasons for it are (i) due to usage of pesticides and (ii) Extensive use of plastic as carry or storage of food. Issue of degradation of plastic is now become secondary when compared to health issue and chokage of drains. To control these, (a) there is need of scientific research to increase the immunity to the crops to various virus/mosquitoes/other crop diseases (b) Ban in production of plastic bags and plastic tins. If production of plastic bags is banned, package of food items in plastic bags in all major retailers can be avoided. Use of cloth/paper bags is to be encouraged. To store cooked food in steel boxes is to be promoted. NEED TO AVOID distribution of milk, serving hot drinks such as tea in plastic coated paper cups.

Respected Sri Narendra Modi Ji, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Due to increase in the population, the Indian Railways have inducted many new trains. Thanks for it. But the running tracks are only 2 i.e., one is up and another one is down. There is a need of 4 / 3 tracks at many places. Another issue is waiting period to enter station at many major stations is abnormally high and it is more than an hour, though the train reaches intime to the outer signal point. To avoid this issue, consider & providing more number of lead tracks for entry/exist for major railways stations. If there is limitation to provide additional platforms, it is better to develop alternate railway stations. Proving Solar panels on roofs of all stations may be considered to connect to the nearby grid.

It is noticed in recent past that many of major cities are being submerged due to heavy rains many times in a year. This is due to urbanization in the cities, the spreading area for rain water is decreased so the thickness of water flow is increasing which leads to indentation of dwelling units/residential areas. Noticed that either the drainage system is inadequate or there is no drainage system at all. Chokage of drains with plastic bags is another menace in major cities. To overcome this issue, it is suggested to construct drainage system with a proper design & letting the drainage to an artificial/natural tanks/reservoirs. The outflow of the tank & reservoirs shall also be designed and made such that overflow out let is to be connected to a running rivers/streams. In the reservoirs/tanks, number of infiltration wells can made, with wall litle above tank or reservoir bottom level

The treated water is let out in nearby streams or in rivers. Instead of letting out, the treated water can be utilized in Industries and parks by ensuring proper purification.

Respected Sri Narendra Modi Ji, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India The quantum of increase in the population is a great concern as on date and needs a proper distribution of river water judicially throughout India. To achieve it, the inter linking of rivers in India is to be considered wherever feasible. A proper master plan is to be prepared based on proposed reservoirs based on flow/quantum of water in the rivers, elevation of the proposed or existing reservoirs and network of canals etc. Subsequently inter linking of rivers in each state shall be taken up initially then inter-state linking of rivers are to be taken up. As multi-level approach, one side of the bank is to be made as road and Mini Hydro Electricity plants are to be established, wherever drop in elevation comes in canal alignments and also at head regulator near the dams/reservoirs.

Dear PM Sir, Need to work on followings in First Quarter of 2025 i.e. JAn to March 2025, these will be very crucial and MUST to, else this time 2024 to 2029 will go very quickly, the quick points are as follows:- 1.
