Money flow is happening as follows, 1) Indians who settle abroad, sell their properties and transfer /carry. 2) NRI and dual citizens drain country's wealth through FDI. 3) Uber Rich Indians wealth transferred through heirs. (TATAs) 4) Corrupt Indians wealth (black money) transferred through hawala. 5) Students higher studies expenditure. 6) Fraudulent Bank defaulters transfers money (various methods). 7) Loss of Indian currency value. 8) Uncontrolled trading done by Indian traders 9) Etc.
