Respected Sir, Subject - Allow multiple memberships in Sahara refund claims till aggregate amount of INR1.5 Lakh I have been a victim to fraudulent practices by Sahara India Co-operative Society's staff. They created multiple memberships for me to their benefit. Even, after visiting their office when it was functional, they did not correct it saying multiple memberships are not an issue. Now, I have submitted my claim through mocrefund.crcs.gov.in. Submitting my claim here means I cannot go to court and now this portal is not allowing multiple membership claims. The amount is also just little bit above INR 50000 only. But this refund process is very troublesome and mentally exhausting without proper guidelines. I am not at fault but got troubled by Sahara then and even now. Please allow multiple memberships till a certain aggregate amount like 1 Lakh or 1.5 lakh INR. Because people who invested only this much could not have done it for tax evasion or any such fraudulent activity.
