There should be zero tolerance for corruption in the country particularly by the public officials (government or public sector employees), MPs, MLAs, MLCs; et al, etcetera. But, the corrution has been normalized in India and corruption is the new normal and taken for granted. All Governments in the country whether Central and all States should have zero tolerance and strict compliance, prosecution and punishment for those indulging in corruption. The corruption in India flows from the top particularly by the leaders / politicians and government bureaucracy / babus. Electoral corruption at the time of elections by the candidates / parties spending many times (even 100 X) the limit imposed on election expenses under the RP Act / EC. Though there is limit imposed on the candidates but there is no limit on political parties for election expenses. Due to this loophole, money flows like water at the time of elctions during the electioneering, election campaigns; et al, etcetera.

Every government employee has to take an exam every three years to check how much experience and skill he has gained in the job, especially if he will stay in the job for the next three years. He can sit this exam again after three years. If he succeeds in that test, he will be on the job again so that everyone will take their work very seriously and do it very well.
