I would like to bring to your kind attention the difficulties I have faced recently for using BSNL Roaming Facility. I am C. Saravanan staying at Bangalore, Karnataka, India. I am a customer of BSNL since 1996. I had visited Mumbai for my professional work between 19th January 2025 and 21st January 2025. After reaching Mumbai, I observed Zero BSNL signal in Mumbai city. The personnel in the office I had visited at Mumbai informed that BSNL / MTNL service is very bad in Mumbai and hence majority of the consumers have shifted to other service providers. They have good and capable personnel. I request your good self to: 1. Review BSNL Infrastructure and improve them to render 5G Service 2. Review and initiate actions to restore BSNL services in all the areas of our country 3. Revive one of the Jewel of our nation
