Let us start with the policies that could be created for the delivery agents/ executives/ agencies. There could be a panel/ committee/ monthly audits for the allowance given to them. For each delivery the allowance could be given to them whether it's the fixed number of packets or the size, weight etc. Also, there is an OTP system by some platforms but it could be given only at the customer location but why does the problem occur so the Telecommunication ministry or the department could be there to have a panel for the calls as these platforms work on the verbal communication.
