While India is progressing rapidly, issues like littering, traffic indiscipline, misuse of public property, and lack of basic civic behaviour still create daily challenges. A campaign led by the nation’s leadership through schools, social media, community events and local bodies can inspire people to adopt cleaner habits, follow rules, and respect shared spaces. Messages highlighting personal responsibility, small everyday actions, and citizens’ role in nation-building can bring real behavioural change. Just as Swachh Bharat transformed cleanliness awareness, a focused civic sense campaign can help build a more disciplined, responsible and proud India. Your leadership can unite people in this mission for a more harmonious and orderly society.

Hon’ble Prime Minister, I request the launch of a stronger, nationwide awareness campaign to ensure that every citizen especially those in rural and marginalised communities clearly understands the government schemes and opportunities available to them. Many people remain unaware of benefits related to education, livelihood, health, skill development, and social security. A focused outreach using local languages, community volunteers, schools, digital platforms, and door to door communication can bridge this gap. Mobile information vans, village level workshops, and simple visual materials can make schemes easier to understand. Strengthening this awareness will help citizens access the support meant for them and improve overall social and economic development. A well designed campaign can turn government initiatives into real opportunities for millions.

PDS प्रणाली अंतर्गत मुफ्त अन्न योजना भविष्य में देश के लिए घातक होगी, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय ने भी 12 फरवरी 2025 को इस पर चिंता जताई, मुफ्त अनाज की वजह से देश मे बांधकाम और खेत मजदूरों की संख्या मे कमी तथा दाम बढ़ गए हैं, और देश के अनेक भागों में शराब के आदी हो रहे हैं, सरकार को समय रहते इस विषय पर विचार करने की जरूरत है, अन्यथा किसी भी क्षेत्र में मेहनत कश मजदूर की कमी से देश को जुझना पड़ेगा, इसलिए मुफ्त योजनाओं की बजाए रोज़गार देने के प्लान बने। सरकारी स्कूल्स मे" खिचड़ी", "माध्यान्ह भोजन", "लाडली बहन"... इत्यादी की बजाए मुफ्त शिक्षण और आरोग्य सेवा मे सुधार करना जरूरी है।

In continuation to my previous suggestion, Also, there are different kind of passenger trains depending upon distance travelled. If you classify and make a list of all of them, then you can include their manufacturing process in the circular economy respectively. For this, at first, huge amount of raw materials might be needed but later on this number will gradually decrease. This Circular Economy applies for Government Buses also but the specifics change.

In continuation to my previous suggestion, 2. Railways: Presently the Industry structure is small for the passenger network of Railways and they cannot do mass production of Trains, like around 500 trains within one year cycle of production. Also, we need to bring in Circular Economy structure in Railways. That is, in every cycle you need to recycle all those trains which are let me say around 25 years old and manufacture new set of trains from the mix of new and recycled raw materials. If you do like this for 15 to 20 years with manufacturing around 500 (if you keep 20 coaches per train, then at least 10000 coaches should be manufactured in one cycle) trains in one cycle of production, then entire old set of trains will be replaced. Meanwhile you can also implement my patent pending innovation to increase the throughput through faster governance. It’s time for Digital India 2.0. And this patent can revolutionise and thereby achieve it.

In continuation to my previous suggestion, Once we are equal in the science and technology race with the west, then we need to bring the science and technology obtained by the research on our ancient Indian knowledge of science and technology and make it as the next generation advanced science in the whole world. Voila! India will be the leader of science and technology from then on. I know this is a bit challenging, but it requires strong political will and years of investment on research.
