The  central Labour Ministry has invited comments on the provisions of the new Labour Codes Draft 2025. It is inviting comments via email. Various parties are providing comments and suggestions regarding the welfare of workers. They are also giving comments on amendments to the law, new policies, new changes. The comments and suggestions received should be documented without fail. It should be ensured that everything accepted and rejected is maintained as usual in a file. The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labour should also study all the comments and suggestions.Some reforms should be included in the new labour laws in line with modern times.Features that can provide travel to 100% of workers should be included.The Central Government should study and implement the suggestions received new labour codes.For the first five years after the rules are fully implemented across the country, greater importance should be given to the demands of the workers.
