the govt. officials make the accountable to pay and minimum work should complete working day and I think there should be a no govt. holiday other than national like 15 august, 26 January there will be for example 72 paid leave to each employee and not holiday on Sunday of on any festive there will be leave and if any other person want to work on the Sunday or any festive day there will be work and so the peoples work not stop for these days for holiday and the employees can use these 72 days paid leave at any other occasion because on Moharam no hindus do nothing and on holy no muslims have do nothing and on chrismas no hindu and muslims have to do on other hand on these days the persons not participating these festive can do there rutine work and they enjoy leave at there festive and on personal work.

Respected PM Sir, You are the apple of our eyes. Just wanted to say that in 2020, I lost my father to cancer. Just wanted to share that though our healthcare system is awesome, it might be lacking in a few aspects apart from first-class doctors, nurses, or just anyone. However, all these good people with good intentions & actions are still struggling to save lives as each department is working in silos. I think there should be an effective ERP system (Centralized hospital management software) that enables seamless collaboration across departments, so there are no delays or hiccups in handoffs & updates. Everything should be updated & accessed in real time. The doctors are the representatives of God, but even they feel bad when life succumbs to death, despite giving their 100%. Please install a robust interdepartmental ERP in hospitals, such as AIIMS, SAFDARJUNG, & RML. My father suffered from lung & bones cancer, & collaboration was required between the cancer and ortho.
