Government may think for population control to people of lower income group. It is observed that in most of higher or even middle class each family is now maintained child limited to one or two. Very rare cases more than two. However, at lower income group situation is different and also in a particular community where more than one wife no control of family planning. It needs giving some benefit by giving dole where family planning has been mainitaned certified from hospital. There was jingle in radio which has been stopped needs to restart and also may consider to give ad in TV of different channel.

नमस्कार आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेरा सुझाव है कि 18 वर्ष की आयु के बाद बनने वाले PAN कार्ड में पिता के नाम की जगह माता का नाम अनिवार्य हो। इससे महिलाओं के प्रति सम्मान की भावना बढ़ेगी और 50% से अधिक क्राइम रेट/रेप केस कम हो सकते हैं, क्योंकि मां का नाम व्यक्ति को गलत कार्यों से पहले शर्मिंदगी का अहसास कराएगा। सुझाव का सारांश: नाम में बदलाव: 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के नागरिकों के PAN कार्ड में पिता के स्थान पर माता का नाम दर्ज हो। भावनात्मक संबंध: माता का नाम होने से महिलाओं के प्रति सम्मान और सद्भावना बढ़ेगी। अपराध में कमी: यह पहल अपराध दर (विशेषकर बलात्कार) में 50% से अधिक की कमी लाने में सहायक हो सकती है, क्योंकि अपनी माता का नाम देखकर व्यक्ति को गलत काम करने से पहले शर्मिंदगी महसूस होगी। सशक्तिकरण: यह महिलाओं के सम्मान और आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम हो सकता है।

प्रधानमंत्री जी, प्रणाम। मैंने हाल में अपने घर में सोलर कनेक्शन लगवाया है। मैं आपसे अपना अनुभव बांटना चाहता हूं। सबसे पहले तो मैं आपके माध्यम से यह बताना चाहता हूं कि नया मकान लेने पर बिजली के कनेक्शन को लेने में जितने झंझट होते हैं, उसकी तुलना में सोलर कनेक्शन लेना, बहुत ही आसान है। घर बैठे यह कनेक्शन मिल जाता है और इसकी सब्सिडी भी तुरंत आ जाती है। सबसे सुखद लगता है जब बिजली का बिल आता है जो अब लगभग न के बराबर आ रहा है। मैं चाहता हूं कि आप अपनी ‘मन की बात’ का एक पूरा कार्यक्रम सोलर कनेक्शन पर ही फोकस करें। आज पूरे विश्व की जो स्थिति है, उसमें सोलर कनेक्शन भगवान के किसी वरदान के तरह है। राजस्थान में तो मेरे कुछ परिचितों ने इसे अपना रोजगार ही बना लिया है। सोलर कनेक्शन को अभी थोड़ा और किफायती बनाने की आवश्यकता है। साथ ही इस बात पर भी सरकार की तरफ से काम होना चाहिए कि ऊंची बिल्डिंगों में रहने वाले तीन-चार परिवार मिलकर एक कनेक्शन लगवा लें और उसका लाभ आपस में बांटे तो यह और लोकप्रिय होगा। इस बारे में आप यदि कुछ अपनी राय और मार्गदर्शन करें तो बहुत अच्छा लगेगा।
