My request to you is to create a scheme that provide research opportunity to university students through government agencies with a budget allocated based on the project depth. Serendipity is something that has created many great inventions or changes. By providing such an opportunity to all the students we will find inventors among our youth. I therefore, suggest to have Income Tax on slab basis avoiding filing of return and such things. Say, for income upto Rs 12 lakhs, IT could be Rs 5000/ and then upto Rs 15 lakhs Rs 10000/- and like that. It will make people more responsible towards their duties to support the nation. The insistence on transactions through Bank be made mandatory. I feel, it would bring more revenue and avoid the difficulties that the IT payer faces today.

Property Tax is a big question to every one. When we purchase a land, we will pay tax and when we construction some thing in that then we pay tax. Every year why should we pay tax for the same house which is having no change in it. I have a house in Hyderabad and we are staying in that house from last 35 years, every year we need to pay tax, when it is constructed it is in gram panchayat, later in municipality now in metropolitan every year tax is getting increased, but we have not made any changes to the house. We are paying electricity bill, water bill, Trash collection bill, now no Rent are coming but when we got rents we paid income tax also, but only thing not understood that for same property why to pay tax every year.
