Subject: Representation on Public Nuisance and Noise Pollution Respected Sir/Madam, I submit this representation regarding widespread violations of law during festivals and public gatherings causing severe noise pollution, road obstruction and public nuisance. Use of loudspeakers beyond permissible limits and during prohibited hours violates Noise Pollution Rules, 2000 and endangers public health. Such disturbances infringe Article 21 guaranteeing the right to peaceful and dignified living. Obstruction of roads and disorderly conduct also amount to offences under IPC Sections 268 and 290. Despite clear laws and enforcement mandates, ground level implementation remains inadequate. I request immediate action to prohibit use of public roads for celebrations, enforce strict noise limits, ban high decibel systems, prevent unauthorized structures and fix accountability. नमस्ते प्रधानमंत्री जीआपके नेतृत्व में भारत ने आर्थिक, सामाजिक और तकनीकी क्षेत्रों में कई महत्वपूर्ण योगदान रह है इस हेतु मेरा सुझाव यह है की जो भारत का मूल है ग्रामीण भारत में रोजगार हेतु प्रयास करना चाहिए जिससे की ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में रोजगार एवं कृषि एक साथ चल सके और तेजी से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में पलायन रुके महोदय पलायन से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की कृषि पर बहुत ही बुरा प्रभाव पड़ा है। । महोदय जी अब समय की मांग है की जो इडस्ट्री महानगरों में है उसमे से जो ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में खुल सकती है उसमे सरकार सहयोग करे जैसे ग्रामीण बीपीओ (Rural BPO) बड़ी कंपनियों के लिए कॉल सेंटर और डेटा एंट्री का काम करना। अमेज़न/। सोलर पावर प्लांट ।इत्यादि इससे इन इंडस्ट्री को कम किराये पर जगह मिल जाएगी एवं शहरो पे दबाव कम होगा। इसके साथ ही केंद्र सरकार एवं राज्य सरकार के जो भी बड़े और छोटे कार्यालय खुलते है वह भी ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में खुले एवं ग्रामीणों को ही रोजगार मिले जिससे की उस क्षेत्र का काफी बदलाव हो सके एवं पलायन रुके इन प्रयासों से कृषि में भी बदलाव देखने को मिले। सादर प्रणाम।
