Sir,I am from Assam , Currently in WB for BBA I would like to highlight the rising issue of cyber crime, especially against women. Many cases are reported, but strict action is often not taken. I personally faced cyber fraud where my bank account was emptied without sharing any OTP. Even after reporting to the police and the National Cyber Crime portal, I did not receive any real help—only explanations. I request you to ensure faster action, strict punishment, and proper support for victims so that justice is delivered. Thank you.

Respected prime minister, we need to change so many laws which are outdated. Please allow me to explain and let me meet and explain my concerns. Is it possible for a common man to meet prime minister when needed...? Is it the right thing happening...?

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, जय हिंद! आपकी महान स्वप्नदर्शी जनहितकारी योजना आयुष्मान के संदर्भ में कुछ भावनाएँ , सुझाव और आँखों-देखी साझा करना चाहती हूँ। ताकि सचमुच बीमार न हो लाचार! आआयुष्मान भारत–प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना ने लाखों-करोड़ों जरूरतमंद परिवारों को गंभीर बीमारियों के इलाज की आर्थिक चिंता से बहुत हद तक मुक्त किया है। महंगे इलाज, विशेषकर निजी अस्पतालों में होने वाले खर्च, जो गरीब और निम्न-मध्यम वर्ग (मध्यम वर्ग के लिए भी) के लिए असंभव प्रतीत होते थे, अब इस योजना के माध्यम से संभव हो पाए हैं! अनेक परिवारों के लिए यह योजना सचमुच जीवनरक्षक साबित हुई है। हालाँकि, इसके सकारात्मक प्रभावों के साथ-साथ कुछ व्यवहारिक चुनौतियाँ और विसंगतियाँ भी सामने आ रही हैं, जिन पर प्रमाणिकता और संवेदनशीलता से विचार करने की जरूरत है। सबसे बड़ी समस्या यह है कि योजना का लाभ केवल औपचारिक भर्ती (Admission) के बाद ही मिलता है, इसे पूर्ण रूप से हर स्थिति में हर जगह बिना किंतु परंतु के लागू किया जाए। यथार्थ की भूमि पर बहुत सारी दिक्कतें हैं। असहयोग है।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं “मन की बात” के लिए न्याय व्यवस्था से जुड़े एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय पर आपका ध्यान आकर्षित करना चाहता हूँ। आज देश में बहुत से गरीब नागरिक आर्थिक अभाव के कारण न्यायालय में वकील तक नहीं कर पाते। दूसरी ओर, न्यायपालिका के ऊपर लगभग 5 करोड़ से अधिक मामलों का भारी बोझ है, जिससे न्याय मिलने में अत्यधिक विलंब होता है। मेरा सुझाव है कि छोटे-छोटे स्थानीय विवादों के समाधान के लिए गाँव स्तर पर शिक्षित एवं सम्मानित लोगों की भागीदारी से आपसी सहमति (मध्यस्थता) की व्यवस्था को और मजबूत किया जाए। यदि ऐसे विवादों का समाधान प्रारंभिक स्तर पर ही हो जाए, तो लोगों को पुलिस और अदालत की लंबी प्रक्रिया से नहीं गुजरना पड़ेगा। जहाँ आपसी सहमति से समाधान संभव हो, वहाँ उसी को प्राथमिकता दी जानी चाहिए; और जहाँ समाधान न निकले, वहाँ न्यायालय का सहारा लेना ही उचित मार्ग है। इससे न केवल न्यायालयों का भार कम होगा, बल्कि आम नागरिकों को सुलभ, सस्ता और त्वरित न्याय भी मिल सकेगा। धन्यवाद।

After all that is happening in the courts , the criminals who slitted kanhailyalal's tailors throat are scot free,why?? it's only because our laws are full of loopholes for criminals to escape.There is a dire need to revamp the entire set of criminal laws. All the lawyers who defend the proved criminals should also be pulled up.In China there is only one law, no personal laws like Mohmadan law.Why is one community being appeased since 1947?? If they have received their share of land , islamic mulk,called Pakistan on their demand , then automatically BHARAT is hindu rashtra.Like Rohingyas, the entire muslims community should be deported to Pakistan or there should be no protest in the name of religion.They only use the religion to achieve their objectives. SECULARISM is an ugly bane for Hindus. When muslims have the KAFIR , in quran which means they refuse to coexist with any other religion on earth, then SECULARISM becomes one sided, which is impossible concept for present times.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय, सादर प्रणाम। मैं ‘मन की बात’ कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से देशहित में एक महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव प्रस्तुत करना चाहता हूँ। वर्तमान समय में भारत को पेट्रोलियम पदार्थों के लिए बड़े पैमाने पर विदेशों पर निर्भर रहना पड़ता है, जिससे हमारी कीमती विदेशी मुद्रा का भारी व्यय होता है। यह न केवल आर्थिक दृष्टि से चुनौतीपूर्ण है, बल्कि ऊर्जा सुरक्षा के लिए भी एक गंभीर चिंता का विषय है। भारत जैसे विशाल और विकासशील देश के लिए यह अत्यंत आवश्यक है कि हम वैकल्पिक, स्वदेशी एवं पर्यावरण-अनुकूल ऊर्जा स्रोतों की ओर तेजी से बढ़ें। हमारे देश में सूर्य ऊर्जा का अपार भंडार उपलब्ध है, विशेषकर ग्रामीण एवं अर्ध-शहरी क्षेत्रों में इसका उपयोग और अधिक प्रभावी ढंग से किया जा सकता है। अतः मेरा विनम्र सुझाव है कि हमारे वैज्ञानिकों एवं अभियंताओं को प्रोत्साहित किया जाए कि वे ऐसे उन्नत तिपहिया (ई-रिक्शा/लोडर) वाहनों का विकास करें, जिनकी छत पर उच्च क्षमता वाले सोलर पैनल लगे हों। ये सोलर पैनल दिन के समय वाहन को सीधे ऊर्जा प्रदान करें तथा बैटरी को भी चार्ज करते रहें।
