9711149135 nktgupta643@gmail.com

Respected Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji, I humbly request you to address the topic of **“Youth Skill Development and Early Employment Opportunities after Intermediate Education”** in the upcoming Mann Ki Baat episode. Many students, especially from rural and middle-class backgrounds, wish to become financially independent soon after completing their 12th standard. However, they often lack proper guidance, awareness of government schemes, and access to skill-based training programs that can help them secure stable jobs. It would be highly beneficial if you could guide the youth about: * Practical skill development programs * Government job opportunities for early career starters * Digital skills and self-employment ideas * Motivational direction for students who cannot pursue higher education immediately Your guidance will inspire lakhs of young students like me to build a better future with confidence and self-reliance. Thank you for continuously motivating

Respected Sir, Please introduce Annual Performance Review and Accountability to all Government employees so as to improve the work performance. Incentives and rewards based on excellence in performance. Higher rank officers and Head of Departments should be good leaders and role models. Corruption should be identified at all levels, and such persons should be punished. Transparency in the system with the help of software and A.I is required.

Respected Sir, I am from Thalvady Taluk, Erode District, Tamil Nadu - 638461. The local community is facing severe issues due to wildlife problems. Elephants frequently enter agricultural lands, destroying crops. I understand that with proper measures, this can be mitigated. Our humble requests are: 1.Provide railway iron fencing along forest borders to prevent wildlife entry. 2.Offer free electricity for bore connections to farmers to Agriculture Land. 3.Establish an Engineering College in Thalvady. 4.Upgrade the local hospital to a Multi-Speciality Hospital. Additionally, we request the District Collector to visit Thalvady Taluk at least once a month and engage with the community to understand their needs. Your attention to these matters is greatly appreciated. Gowrishanakr C 7019427695

Dear Sir. At times I am confused about the role of Artificial Intellegience and the entry level career opportunities in ALL fields - not necessarily the Information Technology area. Our Youth seem to be clueless as to how to plan their future career journey. It is well known facts that the IQ levels or intellect levels of the entire generation between 20 to 30 years of age may not be at same degree. But the attitude can be at same level. One of my class mate in tenth class - who stopped education at plus 2 level and another class mate who retired as CFO of a Bank and myself a Cost and Management Consultant - I observe that in terms of PERSONAL relationships all of us are on the same mindset. Thus there could be few areas that are man power intensive . It is my submission that in every talk of yours - you should highlight one or two of such fields - so that youth of this country can avoid agitating mindset. Industry/Agriculture/Service sectors should publicise such areas. Jaihind.

Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, We believe “Modi hai to mumkin hai.” Through Mann Ki Baat, I present this open letter. I speak for adoptees, whose voices remain unheard. When we try to find our roots, we face humiliation and harassment. Agencies hide information and deny even the names of biological parents, violating our right to identity. This leads to identity crisis, depression. We request to you, 1. Right to know biological parents names. 2. mandatory disclosure of surrender reason. 3. removal of the clause denying a mother’s rights 4. creation of a centralized digital database 5. stopping international adoption due to trafficking risks and loss of identity. These are not just legal issues they concern identity, dignity, and mental well being. Please take action.
